Swim with me

Swim With Me is a fun and supportive parent-child swim class designed to introduce young children to the water in a safe, nurturing environment. With a parent or caregiver in the water, little swimmers build water confidence through songs, games, and guided activities. Parents should expect the development of basic water comfort skills like kicking, floating and splashing, bonding time through interactive play and movement, and support for parents on how to safehold hold, support, and encourage their child in the water.

Single Splash

Keeping kids in the water year-round is one of the best ways to maintain the skills they’ve worked hard to learn and to avoid regression from summer to summer. Our Single Splash swim lessons are a great fit for busy families who want their swimmers to stay active and confident in the water while still balancing other seasonal activities. Single Splash Lessons have a 3 swimmer to 1 coach ratio. With just one lesson per week, Single Splash offers a consistent, manageable routine that helps children maintain and gradually build their skills over time.

Double Dip

Our Double Dip swim lessons are the ideal option for all children. Attending twice per week provides more consistent touchpoints and typically leads to faster progress and stronger skill retention throughout the session, and the year! Double Dip Lessons have a 3 swimmer to 1 coach ratio. We understand that not every family’s schedule allows for this, but if you can make it work, Double Dip is the perfect rhythm to help your swimmer thrive.

Drop In Lessons

Throughout the year, we offer Drop-In Lessons, which is a flexible option designed to keep kids in the water, even during the busiest seasons of life. These lessons are available in packages of four or more and are scheduled for specific sets of days and times. Families can choose the lesson days and times that work best for them from the available options.
Each Drop-In Lesson is 40 minutes long and includes 25 minutes of station-based skill development followed by 15 minutes of Aqua Ease, which focuses on water comfort, balance, and coordination. Check our registration page to see when the next Drop-In Lesson session is available!

Swim Surge

Swim Surge is three days of consecutive swim lessons where students receive consistent instruction. This allows them to surge in confidence and their swim skills to progress through each station and accomplish their swim goals.
This is a great way to help kids acclimate to the water in a constructive way.

Adult Lessons

NAC SwimAmerica's Adult Swim Lessons are designed for ages 18 and up, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique. Our instructors create a supportive and encouraging environment where adults can build comfort, confidence, and skill in the water at their own pace.

Our program meets adult learners where they are, from overcoming fear of the water to mastering efficient stroke mechanics for fitness or recreation.

Below are a few registration tips
that we thought you’d find helpful

  1. During registration, please be sure to add the NAC SwimAmerica Membership to your cart before selecting a lesson option. By registering your child as a member, they will officially join the NAC SwimAmerica community and will receive a NAC SwimAmerica tote bag – perfect for storing and transporting all your swim lesson gear, and a pair of Speedo Skoogle goggles – designed for comfort and a secure fit on smaller faces.

  2. For all of our lesson offerings, every lesson time accommodates all stations and levels, so there’s no need to match a specific class to your child’s level, just pick your preferred day and time.

  3. When registering be sure to filter the lesson options by tabs, which will filter by day of the week, morning or afternoon, and child or adult lessons. This will help you find what you need, while not having to scroll through all the lesson options.

Why We LOVE Small Group Lessons

Group lessons are one of the best ways for kids to learn how to swim! Being in a small group not only makes learning more fun, but it also gives swimmers the chance to learn in multiple ways by listening, doing, and even watching their peers practice the same skills. The experiential learning environment is the cornerstone of NAC SwimAmerica. Each 30-minute group lesson is thoughtfully structured to support steady growth: swimmers focus on mastering their current station’s skills, get a preview of what’s coming next to help ease the transition, and enjoy purposeful play that reinforces water comfort and confidence, all tailored to their level.

Why We LOVE A Station-Based Program

Our group lessons follow a station-based system that allows each child to progress to the next station as they learn each skill. Children are rewarded for their efforts each time they “level up” to the next station. We find this helps to keep kids motivated and excited about swimming, while also exposing them to the experience of what it takes to work hard and learn new things.

Why Water Comfort Is SO Important

Aqua Ease lessons are designed for beginner swimmers or those who need a little extra time to feel comfortable in the water. Developing water comfort is a key part of becoming a confident, capable swimmer, and it’s the foundation for long-term safety and success. In these fun and engaging 20-minute sessions, children explore the water at their own pace, learning essential comfort and safety skills through play-based activities. These lessons help children feel safe, relaxed, and in control in the water, making them more open to learning and trying new skills in their regular swim classes.

Why We Offer One-On-One Instruction

On-on-one instruction is sometimes recommended when a swimmer could benefit from more focused, individualized support. This might be to help a child through a challenging skill, boost their confidence in the water, or provide a quieter learning environment tailored to how the child learns best. Please reach out if you think your child would benefit from private lessons.
